Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within this period for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at support@gettechnow.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
- Products that are damaged, altered, or used beyond their intended purpose may not be eligible for a return.
- Items that are final sale or clearly marked as non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods or personal care products) are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Exchanges:

Late Returns:
